Responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define KPIs that align with business objectives
Partner with engineering and product team to define data gaps and build necessary events for robust, actionable reporting
Collect, clean, and process data from various sources, stitching together where necessary, to ensure accuracy and consistency
Perform deep analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and trends, and share with key stakeholders
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and insights effectively and efficiently
Support the eventual implementation of a CDP (customer data platform), ultimately becoming the day to day owner
Recommend and implement new methods and techniques to collect and enrich our dataset
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, product development, and various marketing campaigns
Perform regular analysis of our platform usage, leveraging for trend reports, PR opportunities, and other storytelling opportunities
Regularly monitor data quality and integrity, implementing solutions to address any issues or discrepancies including recommendations to enrich data
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and SaaS
Requirements

3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in SaaS or a tech environment
Must be highly detail-oriented and organized
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis and manipulation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience working with data visualization platforms including Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio
Strong communication, project, and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Deep knowledge of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
Proactive in offering recommendations, going above and beyond, and thinking three steps ahead

The Product Manager will be responsible for working closely with both the Business and the Technology teams to continually improve the current platform and coordinate the roadmap for new features and products related to our B2C and B2B products. As the Product Manager, you will influence the product strategy, own your roadmap and produce specifications that evolve the platform’s feature set for both internal and external customers, and work closely with engineering to ensure quality deliverables on-time. About the role: Establish yourself as subject-matter expert on the products you launch, best practices in the industry, and our competitive set. Work closely with the Technology, Sales, Marketing, Data and Customer Success teams to ensure continuous two-way communication, informing, training and getting feedback from clients. Lead cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, owning the product from conception through launch to maturity and support. Research, plan, and execute short and long term projects, using the product roadmap to guide your initiatives.
