18/06/2024Copyleaks is looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our fast growing Ed-Tech company. The Product Manager will be responsible for working closely with both the Business and the Technology teams to continually improve the current platform and coordinate the roadmap for new features and products related to our B2C and B2B products. As the Product Manager, you will influence the product strategy, own your roadmap and produce specifications that evolve the platform’s feature set for both internal and external customers, and work closely with engineering to ensure quality deliverables on-time. About the role: Establish yourself as subject-matter expert on the products you launch, best practices in the industry, and our competitive set. Work closely with the Technology, Sales, Marketing, Data and Customer Success teams to ensure continuous two-way communication, informing, training and getting feedback from clients. Lead cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, owning the product from conception through launch to maturity and support. Research, plan, and execute short and long term projects, using the product roadmap to guide your initiatives. Partner with the executive team to define KPIs that keep decisions data-informed and tied to our strategic objectives. Collaborate often with our design team, working together to think through and complete UX flows, wireframes, and design iterations Work closely with engineers to scope and prioritize project work and build out project requirements, establish timelines and ensure all project deliverables and deadlines are met. Be data driven - always keep your metrics and measurement in mind. Wherever possible, use data to inform and strengthen your argument. Good business judgment when making decisions and understanding the relevance/impact of each decision on the strategic direction of the team and the business Ideal Candidates: Self-motivation, autonomy and tenacity - you have a track record of taking on complex and broad problem sets, creating structure, mobilizing teams, and pushing forward through challenges. All while staying transparent and knowing when to ask for help. Ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience: 5+ years experience as a Product Manager for a SaaS company (ideally in Ed-Tech). Experience with self-serve or SMB products is highly desirable, with a proven track record of driving meaningful user and/or revenue growth. A proven leader and a self-starter who can independently lead both strategy and execution, gain internal consensus, and communicate effectively up and down. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent presentation and collaboration skills. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical aspects of potential technology integrations. Demonstrated experience building and scaling B2B or B2C products with key focus on revenue expansion and customer experience. Understanding of the AI technology (Not mandatory). High level of English (Speak, read and write)
