UCT Fluid Solutions Is a leading global company that develops, manufactures and markets innovative fluid controls solutions for various industries and looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our finance team. In your position you will be responsible for the day-to-day payroll processing and management and also you will be the direct contact for our employees in relation to their payroll and will need to ensure timely action on employee payroll issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsibility for payroll process. • Responsibility of reporting and payments to governmental authorities and salary funds in respect of the payrolls. • Work with insurance agencies for all employee related queries, including new hires, changes in employee's data, monthly reporting, payments, and terminations. • Prepare internal payroll reports. • Support on-boarding of new hires and terminations in payroll in a timely manner. • Handling employees’ forms (101, 161, pension, maternity leave etc.). • Treatment of employment terminations, form 161 and compensation. • Serve as a focal point for the company’s employees for payroll-related questions. • Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality.
