Responsibilities: • Perform network configuration changes on switches, routers, and wireless controllers • Deploy and manage functional networks for LAN, VoIP, WLAN, and SDWAN • Oversee the ongoing development and operations of network management systems to ensure reliability and performance • Test and ensure High Availability is functional on data paths and circuits • Perform configuration improvements and software updates on network equipment • Conduct network troubleshooting to identify, isolate, and diagnose any network issues • Utilize network monitoring tools to analyze network traffic, track uptime, and provide reports • Create and maintain network diagrams and documentation • Collaborate with global teams to accomplish IT and business goals • Serves as technical SME for the resolution of issues related to Infrastructure for EMEA region • Serve as escalation point to tier 1 support team. • Performs other related duties as assigned
