Our offices are located Kibbutz Yiron (Hybrid working model) We are looking for an exceptional QA Team Leader for full ownership of our products’ QA (Web, Mobile based) to lead both Manual and Automation QA. In this role you will work closely with product managers and other R&D teams and will report to the CTO. Responsibilities: ● Leading a team of QA engineers, both manual and automation ● Estimate, prioritize and coordinate the testing activities ● Provide coaching and mentoring on quality assurance best practices to the team members ● Review requirements to identify risks and quality gaps ● Continuously improving group level and work processes ● Proactive communication, influence and collaboration with other disciplines ● Set and monitor KPI for Quality
