Responsibilities: • Research and development of new processes and products with new materials. • Develop and execute work programs aimed at achieving company goals under tight development milestones. • Responsible for the final products in terms of quality and costs. • Willing to be involved in hands-on work • Oversee and manage budget (including subcontractors). • Communicate, verbally and via presentations, both the underlining scientific fundamentals, results and potential applications. • Continuously seek out best practices, develop team skills and provide technical leadership in product and process development, quality systems, and regulatory oversight.
Requirements: • MSc in Food science or related disciplines. • Previous experience as R&D leader or other leading roles in R&D. • At least 4 years of Industrial experience and demonstrated success in process and product development, scale-up. • Experience with working with sub-contractors in Israel and abroad. • Proven ability to lead the development of abstract concepts into market leading products. • Leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent communicator and presenter, able to articulate the company’s vision, Fluent in English.
• An advantage to prior experience in ingredients commercialization.
This is full time position, located in Kiryat Shmona.
