A new Foodtech startup, with cutting edge technology developing alternative proteins, is seeking a research assistant with a strong background in molecular biology, fermentation and protein analysis to work and develop a novel food product that will contribute to the future of global food production.

This role will focus on methods of protein choice and design, development of efficient fermentation process, analytical analysis of product characteristics and performance (with emphasis on food industry orientation). This position will require significant knowledge in molecular biology and microbiology and involves significant hands-on laboratory work. Candidates should be highly creative, motivated, organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple projects.
