AgroScout is a young AgTech company that develops technologies for monitoring agricultural fields via smart phones, drones, and satellites to detect problems such as pests, disease, and nutrient and water deficiencies. AgroScout helps the grower locate and identify trouble in the field earlier, in this way contributing to global food security. Our offices are located in Misgav and we’re soon moving to the pastoral location of Kibbutz Yiron. We are looking for a CTO to join to lead the R&D team and be part of the company's leadership team. In this role you will research and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage, proactively stay informed about technology trends, market opportunities, risks and competitors, ensure that the technological resources meet the company's short and long-term business goals, manage technology budgets and timeframes and be responsible for the entire development lifecycle of our main product backend and infrastructure including managing the R&D (SW and Algorithm) team
