Deloitte Catalyst, Deloitte's Global Startup Practice, is focused on working with and for startups. We help our clients succeed by providing end-to-end solutions to their needs during their entire startup life cycle.
The primary responsibility of the Client and Market growth team is to support the growth of Deloitte's market share in the Startup Ecosystem by driving more revenue and more value to our clients. You will partner with our strategic partners and startups, to make sure they are successful with Deloitte's different practices.
This position offers a unique opportunity to influence Deloittes position in the market by executing Deloitte's strategy and driving value for our clients.
The role requires the ability to work cross-function, alongside with senior executives in the firm and in the market.
A successful candidate will be bring strong analytical skills, high energy, and will be able to drive people and actions (a Do-er in nature).
Business Development/Customer Success/Business Analyst experience, advantage if there is B2B experience
Growth-oriented; loves challenges and takes initiative
Strong analytical capabilities with an understanding of KPIs
High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in a high velocity environment
Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Hebrew
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, management, and peers
Proven strong Excel skills - advantage
Experience in working with the startup ecosystem - advantage
Bachelor Degree - Must
