·         Passion for technology and learning

·         Proven work experience (3+ years) as a Back-end developer

·         Fluency in NodeJS and Javascript - a must

·         Fluency in Linux - a must

·         Hands on experience with PostgreSQL database: scaling and db migration - an advantage (You must have experience with other SQL database)

·         Python, Angular, React - an advantage

·         Hands on experience in developing scaled and robust server infrastructure - an advantage

·         Hands on experience with Amazon cloud computing and AWS service - an advantage

·         Experience with deployment, releases - an advantage
