The position includes macro and micro training development, taking full ownership over training projects end to end.
* Full time, in a hybrid model
What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On:
• Extract, write and create engaging and interactive learning content from start to finish including e-learnings, videos, training presentations, workshops and more
• Work closely with product managers and content experts to create accurate, cohesive and clear training materials for our global customers and sales support teams
• Work closely with our organization learning platform team in converting technical content, lectures and workshop content to digital learning modules
• Cordinate on-line training sessions
• Support content adaptation to workshop training materials
• 2 years of experience in product training, frontal, instructional design or tutorials
• Strong communication skills in every medium: writing, designing, etc.
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Ability to storyboard, proficient in developing lesson layouts, e-learnings and learning
videos
• Excellent knowledge of instructional design models
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Great interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly
• A design orientation, agility, accuracy - full proficiency in PowerPoint software
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a high pace environment.
• A degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar

Experience with e-Learning Management Systems
Familiarity with ISRPING
