NPI Engineer

Nordson MEDICAL Israel is part of the global Nordson MEDICAL. The Israeli site manufactures, designs, and engineers complex medical devices. In this role you will implement new product and design changes made in R&D or customer driven changes into production. In addition You will be responsible to make changes and improvement to current processes, to maintain validation/verification status of process and equipment • Lead efforts to analyse current project operations, make recommendations for improvement and coordinate the decision-making process. • Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of transition to commercial manufacture. • Conducts risk analysis for products under development. • Conduct feasibility studies of the design to determine ability to function as intended. • Manage resources of various departments to ensure that staff is appropriately set to meet program requirements. • Provide Operations design and robust assembly process inputs to Product Development team. • Coordinates activities with outside suppliers and consultants as necessary • Ongoing engineering support to production.
