11/06/2023Duties And Responsibilities: Extract, write and create engaging and interactive learning content from start to finish including e-learnings, videos, training presentations, workshops and more Work closely with managers and content experts to create accurate, cohesive, and clear training materials for our global customers and sales support teams Converting lectures and workshop content to digital learning Maintain and update existing training materials. Take full ownership over projects end to end Managing the marketing digital academy LMS platform.
Requirements: 2 years of experience in product training development, frontal, instructional design or tutorials Strong communication skills in writing, designing, etc. Fluent English (verbal and written) Proficient in developing training layouts, e-learnings and learning videos Excellent knowledge of instructional design models Visual design skills – An advantage Video creation/editing – An advantage Experience with a Learning Management Systems – An advantage Familiarity with ISRPING – An advantage You Have A Major Advantage If... Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Great interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly A design orientation, agility, accuracy – full proficiency in PowerPoint software Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a high pace environment A degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar
