Supervise the manufacturing machines & processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe & efficient manner 2. Develop & execute (hands-on) plans that improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize required labor 3. Identify & diagnose issues in production machines and provide effective solutions and training 4. Coordinate R&D, Engineering & Operations related activities in the production line 5. Analyze production performance in order to define & manage an improvement plan 6. Oversee & execute machine maintenance & service plan 7. Prepare & maintain machine documentation & records 8. Establish safety procedures & protocols to ensure workers well being 9. Obtaining any materials & equipment required
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering - Must • Proven experience in machinery automation, pneumatics, mechanics, optics, robotics, and control systems - Must • Proven experience in contractor management - Must • Proven experience with IQ / OQ / PQ processes - Must • Relevant experience in a mid-size Medical Manufacturing organization of at least 3 years - Must • Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Ability to make decisions under pressure • Great attention to detail and organizational skills • Experience with CAD software • Experience in ISO, CE & FDA audits * משרה מס׳ #195970 מיועדת לגברים ונשים כאחד
