In this role you will build backend applications and services. You need to be familiar with how backend services work and different types of architecture that suit different types of scenarios. The development is done using C# & Python. You will use a wide range of operating systems, technologies and architectures. The Product Manager will be responsible for working closely with both the Business and the Technology teams to continually improve the current platform and coordinate the roadmap for new features and products related to our B2C and B2B products. As the Product Manager, you will influence the product strategy, own your roadmap and produce specifications that evolve the platform’s feature set for both internal and external customers, and work closely with engineering to ensure quality deliverables on-time. About the role: Establish yourself as subject-matter expert on the products you launch, best practices in the industry, and our competitive set. Work closely with the Technology, Sales, Marketing, Data and Customer Success teams to ensure continuous two-way communication, informing, training and getting feedback from clients. Lead cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, owning the product from conception through launch to maturity and support. Research, plan, and execute short and long term projects, using the product roadmap to guide your initiatives. Partner with the executive team to define KPIs that keep decisions data-informed and tied to our strategic objectives.
