We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our quickly growing team! Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll design, plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across multiple channels to generate inbound demand, direct sales, and pipeline revenue. The ideal candidate is a motivated, curious self-starter with expertise developing a deep understanding of customer needs to build ROI-positive campaigns via events, SEM, email, retargeting, SMM, and other key channels. ABM experience is a must, and bonus points if you have experience working with or managing SDR teams. Though not required, the ideal candidate comes from a background in Ed Tech and/or SaaS and has performance marketing experience. This role is based out of the NYC metro. area or our Upper Galilee Israel office. Responsibilities In partnership with the sales team, take ownership of pipeline creation and meeting monthly and quarterly SQL, meeting, and pipeline revenue targets Manage spend and budget allocation across key channels including but not limited to Google Ads (display + search), SMM, ABM, etc. Build from the ground up an ABM playbook by recommending and managing partner platform(s), establishing content requirements, launching campaigns and continually optimizing Develop testing and performance marketing plan to support B2C direct sales Partner with Marketing Ops to build comprehensive attribution-based dashboards to measure campaign health and effectiveness and empower optimization Establish optimization and testing cadence to ensure continual improvement Define, build and measure the impact of persona-specific nurture programs across the buying journey Stay current on the demand gen. landscape, growth trends, best practices, competitor strategies and ‘hacks’ to develop new ideas and initiatives for growth Partner with the Creative manager on end-to-end creative development and Content manager around content needs, ensuring production schedules remain on track and assets best-in-class Requirements At least 7 years experience directly building and managing ROI positive demand gen. programs in the tech space Experience sourcing and managing external agencies, technologies and resources Highly entrepreneurial with a strong desire to learn and grow The ability to partner and work effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, creative, account management and executive teams Proactive in offering recommendations, going above and beyond, and thinking 3 steps ahead You—and those around you—would label yourself as intuitive, analytical and naturally curious, and not shy about trying new things Highly organized with keen attention to detail Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment, with the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities and competently manage multiple projects at once English fluency is critical
