Deep understanding of the Telemetry and Automation technologies along with modern application platforms and paradigms. Expert level knowledge in Ethernet/IP technologies. Experience with other network stacks is an advantage. Proven record to stay ahead of technology envelope, understand state-of-the-art research, dabble into new technologies to develop practical applications, and generate innovative ideas. Clear verbal and written communication with consistent record to build consensus within a large organization Ways to stand out from the crowd: Demonstrated ability to prototype ideas and demonstrate their value. Experience with network automation frameworks, public cloud networking. Experience with network simulation or SaaS architecture. Background with data-center design and technologies. Experience with open-source communities and ability to contribute code.
