Job Description

AS an NPI Engineer you will be a contributing member of the engineering team that is responsible for product development.

You will be responsible to complete all the advance manufacturing deliverable for a program, to develop and launch the manufacturing process.

  • In charge of product transition from R&D stage to manufacturing
  • Develop manufacturing processes
  • Lead the readiness for production and all the process of transfer to production
  • Validate of manufacturing process to meet targets, production output and quality standards
  • Improve manufacturing operations processes and actively increase efficiency, reduce cost and increase manufacturing yields
  • Manage suppliers & contract manufacture (full Turn Key)
  • Communicate with vendors (ECOs / malfunctions support etc.)
  • Take part in development process such as: PDR, CDR
  • Logistics and contingency planning
  • Process flow, material flow
  • Establish and maintain the company’s configuration management and procedures
  • Purchase & accept production equipment and tooling specification

Skills

The successful candidate should have the following:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an NPI Engineer in a multidisciplinary company
  • B.Sc. degree in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Proven Experience with engineering and documentation systems
  • Experience in ECO/ECR & process release of documentations
  • Experience in production of manufacturing process
  • Knowledge in manufacturing technologies of precision machining, optics, casting and electronics
  • Good understanding of BOM structure and procedure preparation

Job Description

Managing Sales Operations accounts (Dealers)

  • Managing dealers in the system (activate /deactivate)
  • Ordering process management, from order entry support to full delivery
    • Orders coordination with the logistic center
    • Shipments and Export to dealers abroad

Providing Analytics

  • Providing detailed reports and analysis of the business, products, and customers
