תיאור המשרה A successful global start-up company is looking for a hands-on VP Hardware, to lead, design and execute the development of our innovative IoT products. Reporting to the CTO. Main responsibilities • Build upon current company's hardware designs and lead additional development of hardware. • Hands on development of sensing, system and testing HW, from proof of concept to production. • Work with third-party engineers (engineering firms, contractors) to collaborate on and review designs. • Lead RMA and HW & FW troubleshooting procedures in the company. • Assist the manufacturing team as needed in the development of hardware test fixtures and jigs for programming, testing and quality control. • Manage the global Hardware team (2 in Israel and 2 in the Netherlands) • Ensure all hardware engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the company’s policies and objectives.
