In this position, the employee will be required to:

Lead and mentor a QA team manual & automation engineers in the environment which includes also mobile & cloud / web applications
Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects; include communication with R&D, Product and Support teams.
Be the technical lead, as well as hands-on participation in a large portion of the execution itself.
Provide coaching and mentoring on quality assurance best practices to team members and colleagues, as well as train new staff members
Coordinate and handle alpha sites (local and offshore sites)
Monitor and handling customer complaints – tier 4 support

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:

5+ years of experience in QA, at least 2 years as Software QA team leader background in a multidisciplinary environment (Hardware & Software) – MUST (QA of a web / mobile application based product is not enough !!)
Proven strong background in QA methodologies and QA automation tools and method in complex systems.
Ability to understand the system from multiple perspectives, including high-level and low-level technical architecture.
Knowledge and experience in writing formal test documents (STP, STD, and STR)
Experience in testing SaaS products, familiar with Selenium, C#, Python - Advantage
Experience using Microsoft Test Manager, TFS, sharepoint - Advantage
Fluent English – verbal, writing
