Supervise the manufacturing machines & processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe & efficient manner 2. Develop & execute (hands-on) plans that improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize required labor 3. Identify & diagnose issues in production machines and provide effective solutions and training 4. Coordinate R&D, Engineering & Operations related activities in the production line 5. Analyze production performance in order to define & manage an improvement plan 6. Oversee & execute machine maintenance & service plan 7. Prepare & maintain machine documentation & records 8. דרוש/ה מהנדס/ת מוביל/ת תחום V&V לחברת מדיקל מצליחה באזור יקנעם כפיפות למנהל הסיסטם במחלקת פיתוח משרה מלאה, ישנה אפשרות ליום עבודה מהבית התפקיד משלב תכנון, הגדרת דרישות וביצוע hands-on של וריפיקציה ווולידציה למערכות רפואיות מורכבות (מכשור מולטידיסיפלינרי – מכאניקה, אלקטרו אופטיקה, תוכנה ועוד), ואחריות על SW&HW ובדיקות מערכת כולל כתיבה וביצוע של דוחות ופרוטוקולים. השתתפות בבדיקות אינטגרציה לאבות-הטיפוס, תחת מחלקת הפיתוח. התנהלות שוטפת מול מעבדות חיצוניות. תכנון, פיתוח והוצאה לפועל (Hands-on) של מבחני וריפיקציה. תכנון וארגון העבודה - לוחות הזמנים והציוד הנדרש לביצוע הבדיקות. עבודה בצוות עם גורמים שונים כגון D&R, QA, רגולציה, ניהול מוצר ועוד. התנסות בהנדסת תהליך כולל פיתוח פרוטוקולי בדיקות, הגדרת קריטריונים מבוססי מחקר, אנליזות סטטיסטיות ודיווח.

לחברת סטארטאפ עם כ-60 עובדים דרוש/ה מנהל רשת ותמיכת IT במסגרת התפקיד, מנהל הרשת יטפל בנושאים הבאים: * ארונות תקשורת (סוויצים, פאנלים וכד') * שרתי WIN + שרתים וירטואליים * שרתי NAS (יש שלושה) * ניהול שרותי מייל + רשימות תפוצה (חובה ידע בשירותי google) * מרכזיית טלפוניה (סלקום) + מכשירי קצה * ניהול גיבויים נכון (מקומי + AWS) * ניהול סיכוני רשת (אנטי וירוס, malware, firewall) תוכנה + חומרה מבוסס fortigate * תמיכה בעמדות קצה של משתמשים (כ 60) * תחזוקה של PDM (כתובות, תפעול בעיות בשוטף ועבודה מול המפתחים) * תחזוקה של priority (כתובות, תפעול בעיות בשוטף ועבודה מול המפתחים) * תחזוקת מאגר נתוני ייצור production data base (תוכנה שפותחה פנימית) * ציוד IT (תחזוקה וניהול) * ניהול רשיונות לתוכנות * רשתות פנימיות וחיצוניות (אלחוטי + VPN +גישה ל ftp) * פיתוח אפשרויות ב JIRA + CONFLUENCE * ניהול תוכנת הנוכחות (אדמיניסטרציה של התוכנה והתאמה לדרישות החברה) * ניהול ה monday * תיעוד מבנה הרשת

The Controller position requires a highly-driven, self-motivated individual adept in working in a high energy and changing environment. The controller will be responsible for: - Financial reporting and general accounting oversight responsibilities. Ensuring the financial records accurately reflect transactions entered into by operating management. - Ensuring accurate and timely reporting from the book- keeping dep. - Consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual report. - Collaborate with other finance functions to support insightful analysis of operating results. - Includes working with financial planning and analysis, internal audit and tax compliance functions. - Work with Operations to improve inventory controls. - Participate in physical inventory verifications. - Record journal entries when needed. - Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts to supporting detail. - Assist with preparation of annual budget and periodic financial projections. - Perform other accounting and finance related duties as assigned.

אחראיות , בין היתר, על מכלול הפעילויות הקשורות למכירות, שירות לקוחות, ותמיכה ללקוחות, גביית כספים בגין מכירות, עבודה מצריכה, בנוסף, שילוב של מכירה ישירה בשטח, ניהול ומעקב מכירות ואדמיניסטרציה. תחומי אחריות עיקריים  אחראיות על פלח שוק מוגדר (בד"כ אזור גיאגרפי)  מכירות שוטפות  קשר רציף עם לקוחות – שימור לקוחות.  הצעות מחיר בהתאם לנוהליהחברה  פיתוח לקוחות חדשים.
