we are looking for an experienced individual who can design, deploy and manage enterprise-grade datacenter infrastructure, including virtualization, storage, and networking.

Reporting to Sr Manager of IT Infrastructure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise grade information systems and technology.
• Manage and monitor multiple VMWare vCenter environments.
• Ensure assets are responsibly and properly managed through life cycle.
• Maintains overall system compliance with information security policies and procedures.
• Design, deploy, and test disaster recovery solutions for global centralized and decentralized applications.
• Manage Okta Identity Management platform for SSO and MFA
• Manage and oversee Office 365 enterprise tenant. Including but not limited to AzureAD, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint
• Manage Secure email gateway Mimecast and O365 ATP
• Management of Active Directory and it’s subcomponents – Group Policy, Sites and Services, DNS, etc
• Serves as technical subject matter expert for the resolution of issues related to private or hosted infrastructure.
• Works towards cost effective solutions and enhancements to optimize functionality within the system. Research options, performs cost benefit analysis, and develops written recommendations.
• Manages and tunes platforms to ensure expected availability, performance and security levels are achieved.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks as needed.
• Monitor server and network uptime. Makes recommendations to improve faults as needed.
• Manage fleet of Windows servers
• Serve as escalation point to assist in troubleshooting of infrastructure issues.
• Works independently or as a team member for multiple infrastructure related
projects.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

This position is a critical role that requires an individual to lead product lines throughout their life cycle. You be required to have experience in DBR (Drawing, BOM, and Routing) and possess knowledge of customers' needs, production, and process engineering, provide Failure Analysis support and lead a small team of engineers and contractors to support product development.
Overall, the Senior Product Engineer is expected to be a driven individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and time management skills. They must prioritize project deadlines and work efficiently to coordinate activities involving multiple areas of expertise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting the company’s current product portfolio and expanding portfolio as
needed.
• Preparing product and assembly drawings using CAD software
(SolidWorks).Performing tests in internal/external laboratories
(investigations/validation/qualification tests for new products)
• Decision maker in MRB meetings
• Supporting Product Marketing Engineers (very technical questions).
• Supporting QA in investigations (internal/external).
• Supporting Manufacturing Engineering and assembly line.
• Participating in contract review meetings -- assembly /testing feasibility.
• Improving existing products.
• Leading ECR/ECO meetings.

1. אחריות כוללת על הכנה של, ביקורת, והפקת הדוחו"ת הכספיים המאוחדים של כל הארגון לרבות אחריות יכולת איחוד דוחות חברות בנות בחו"ל.
2.אחריות על בדיקת והטמעת תקנים חשבונאיים בארגון.
3. אחריות מקצועית על מיסוי , בקרת תקציב וטיפול במענקים ממשלתיים .
4. הוצאת דוחות פיננסים וכלכלים.
5. הכנת דוחות מס בישראל.
6. סיוע למנהלת הכספים בתחומים שונים.

• הכנה והפקה של תלושי שכר ותקציבים לעובדים שכירים, חברים, וחברים עובדי חוץ
• קליטת וסיום העסקת עובדים במערכות השכר
• העברת נתונים והפקת דוחות חודשיים למנהלים
• יישום בפועל של הסכמי עבודה כולל צווי הרחבה שונים
• מתן מענה לעובדים ומנהלים בכל הקשור לדיווחי נוכחות, שכר ותנאים נלווים
• אחריות לדיווחים לביטוח לאומי, דיווחי .126
• אחריות לפתיחת קרנות פנסיה לעובדים, הוצאת טפסי 161 , דיווחים שוטפים, קבלת
מיידעים מחברות הפנסיה וביטוחי המנהלים, ביצוע היזון חוזר.
• אפשרות לעבודה במודל היברידי

במסגרת התפקיד: מתן שיעורי העשרה שבועיים בתיאטרון.

דרישות: ניסיון ו/או השכלה בתחום התיאטרון וניסיון בעבודה עם ילדים או נוער.

• הדרכה וליווי לאורך השנה.
• תחום התיאטרון בתכנית קרב יספק למדריך/ה מערכי שיעור, מאגר מחזות ומאות תרגילי תיאטרון.
